Prostate cancer commonly metastasizes to lymphatic and skeletal systems with lesser frequency to visceral organs; however, uncommon visceral sites have also been found and reported as case reports. We present a series of uncommon metastatic visceral spread in prostate cancer on prostate-specific membrane antigen-based diagnostic and posttherapeutic imaging modalities.
