The Tendinopathy Game Changers: Five Papers From the Last 5 Years That Might Change How You Manage Tendons.

SYNOPSIS: The clinical and scientific understanding of tendinopathy has substantially advanced since the Fifth International Scientific Tendinopathy Symposium in 2019. This editorial aims to highlight some of the fantastic tendinopathy research from the past 5 years. We have selected what we consider the "best paper" for each year from 2019 to 2023, which might change how you treat tendons. Selecting only 5 papers was not easy.
