[Problems integrating research projects in routine medical practise].

Better integration of research projects into the rheumatologic private practises in Germany is of great interest both for the scientific project carriers and for the rheumatologists in practice themselves. The present restrictions in this area may be explained by the lack of resources of this group of rheumatologists needed for such an engagement, mainly for economic reasons. There would be the need to integrate surgery reserach into the practices, with sufficient additional space and man power. For this goal, the material and legal conditions would have to be created.
