Successful treatment of antiepileptic drug hypersensitivity syndrome with intravenous immune globulin.

Intravenous immune globulin (IVIG) has proved beneficial for severe immunologically related cutaneous adverse reactions. We report a child with severe antiepileptic drug hypersensitivity syndrome who was successfully treated with IVIG.
