However, such AI models come with inherent limitations and potential ethical concerns. Therefore, while tools like ChatGPT are undoubtedly powerful, they are not a panacea. In conclusion, AI stands as a pivotal tool in the dissemination of nutritional knowledge and debunking myths, but a careful and critical approach must be adopted in its usage.
