The dermopathy in varicose veins occurs in continuum due to stasis hypertension. The main stay of treatment remains measures to counteract the stasis or appropriate surgical management, and application of various drugs and emollients. The infected/ weeping eczemas are challenging, requiring a fine balance of different topical therapies.
