Preoperative confirmation of the accurate location of a fistula using endoscopy and fluoroscopy in a patient with intraductal papillary-mucinous carcinoma of the pancreas penetrating the stomach and colon.

Highlight Tanisaka and colleagues report a case of intraductal papillary mucinous carcinoma of the pancreas that formed a fistula between the stomach and colon. Both the fistula of the stomach and that of the colon were confirmed preoperatively on endoscopic and fluoroscopic findings, and histologically after surgery.
