Non-functioning pituitary tumors: any special considerations during pregnancy?

New clinical symptoms from pituitary tumors during pregnancy are rare. Non-functioning pituitary tumors can be subdivided into non-functioning pituitary adenomas and other pathologies. This review aims at giving a general overview as well as therapeutical considerations, taking into account that no specific recommendations/guidelines are available for this rare clinical problem.
