Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely used in the treatment of pain and inflammation. Emerging pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic evidence in NSAID pharmacology provides important criteria for selecting an appropriate NSAID.
