OBJECTIVE: To assess outcome after laparoscopic second-stage Fowler-Stephens orchidopexy (L2(nd)FSO). PATIENTS AND METHODS: Retrospective review of 94 children (aged 0.75-16 years, median 2.75 years), who underwent L2(nd)FSO for 113 intra-abdominal testes between January 2000 and May 2009: 75 unilateral, 19 bilateral (11 synchronous; 8 metachronous).
