[Technique and technical blunders in grafting of large skin defects on extremities and joints with mesh-graft-II-dermatoma after Tanner-Vanderput (author's transl)].

The indication and surgical procedure of mesh skin grafting with mesh graft dermatoma II after Tanner-Vanderput concerning avoidable failures are shown. In order to avoid therapeutic complications of skin grafting in extremities it is of great importance to have a well granulating transplantation ground and to spread out the mesh graft equally. Even in regions of joints good results can be achieved.
