ENGLISH ABSTRACT

[His bundle electrography in children (author's transl)].
Herz 1978 April
The His bundle electrography has confirmed many earlier hypotheses about the localization of atrioventricular block and the mechanism of tachyarrythmias; beyond this, it has added new information. In this paper, normal values and results of the method during childhood are reviewed. The indication for His bundle electrography as an invasive method is limited in children. An important indication consists of clarification of unclear partial atrioventricular block and of the state of the remaining third fasicle in postoperative bifascicular block.
