Stress-induced cardiomyopathy presents like acute coronary syndrome and is triggered by emotional stress or critical illness. Increased incidence has been reported during the COVID-19 pandemic and natural disasters. We describe a case of stress-induced cardiomyopathy as an indirect consequence of the Russia-Ukraine war.
