[Methodological approaches to a study of uterine electrical and contractile activity in research on potential uterotropic pharmacological substances].

The results of a comparative evaluation of methodical approaches to the analysis of the electrical and contractile activity of the uterus in laboratory animals during in vitro, in situ and in vivo investigation of potential uterotropic pharmacological agents are presented. For the analysis of the results there is proposed the method of mathematical processing of hysterograms including 20 parameters and the program of the calculation of the latter for the "Electronika MK-54" microcalculator.
