Unusual re-intervention via a fistula for the ampullary penetration of a plastic stent in malignant distal biliary obstruction.

Endoscopic biliary stenting is a well-established procedure for malignant distal biliary obstruction. A plastic stent (PS) is frequently used because of its low cost and ease of deployment; however, it may occasionally get dislocated.
