Differential expression of functional chemokine receptors on human blood and lung group 2 innate lymphoid cells (ILC2s).

Differential expression of chemokine receptors on lymphocytes enables tissue and disease specific recruitment and activation of various lymphocytes. We have shown that human ILC2s display a different subset of functional chemokine receptors when isolated from blood or lung tissue.
