Editorial Commentary: Finally, Something Positive About the Long Head of the Biceps Tendon?!-Shoulder Superior Capsular Reconstruction.

Arthroscopy 2018 September
Massive irreparable rotator cuff tears without glenohumeral degeneration in young and active patients remain a challenging clinical problem for shoulder surgeons. Superior capsular reconstruction with fascia lata autograft or dermal allograft has recently become a popular treatment option.
