[Review of materials of the Saint Petersburg Lymphology Forum (October, 2017)].

Presented herein is a brief review of the materials of the Saint Petersburg Lymphology Forum, describing the main results of scientific studies in biology of lymphatic cells, genetic studies in lymphology, modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of lower-limb lymphedema, post-mastectomy syndrome. This is followed by discussion of the prospects of the development of new technologies in diagnosis and treatment of lymphedema.
