[Preventing suffering among nursing staff, a public health challenge].

Being a caregiver means seeking to ensure the wellbeing of others. However, when these members of staff are not treated well by their employers, their health can be affected. In health care facilities, to prevent occupational stress, managers must provide opportunities for listening, exchanges and dialogue between different professionals, give employees the power to act and talk, and observe working conditions as well as their reorganisation.
