Using a Role-Play Simulation Game to Promote Systems Thinking.

Learning is a dynamic process where the learner discovers new knowledge and constructs new insights. The "Friday Night in the ER"© role-play simulation game facilitates system thinking, data-based decision making, and collaboration.
