The above article from Pediatrics International, published as an Accepted Article online on April 28, 2017 in Wiley Online Library (https://wileyonlinelibrary.com) has been withdrawn by agreement between the authors, the Journal Editor-in-Chief, Atsushi Manabe, and John Wiley & Sons Australia, Ltd, on behalf of the Japan Pediatric Society. The withdrawal has been agreed at the request of the authors who have identified some serious problems that need to be addressed and who have found that some important information is missing.
