Wave diffraction by a reflectionless half-plane.

Applied Optics 2017 November 21
The concept of reflectionless surface is put forth, and its reflection and transmission coefficients are determined by using the scattered geometrical optics fields of transmissive and perfectly electric conducting surfaces. The boundary condition of the surface is introduced. The scattering problem of plane waves by a reflectionless half-screen is studied. The solution is investigated numerically.
