Nurses won't strike.

Unfortunately, if there is a ballot, nurses will not strike; they will simply complain and continue as normal, allowing themselves to be used and abused. As a result of nurses' inability/unwillingness to stand up for themselves, the government has gotten away with giving them a 5% pay increase in seven years with barely a peep out of them.
