[Aggressive angiomyxoma - case report].

OBJECTIVE: We present a case report of 47-years old woman with a rare mesenchymal tumor misdiagnosed as a cyst Bartholins gland.

DESIGN: Case report.

SETTING: Department of Gynecology, Hospital Atlas, EUC, in ZlínConclusion: Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare mesenchymal tumor, which is occuring more in women, affects the vulva, perineum and pelvis. Typical is slowly and infiltrative growth with high-risk of local recurence.
