Future leaders course prepares nurses for the top.

The issue of high turnover of chief nursing posts has been a cause for concern in the profession for some years, but steps are being taken to address the situation. Early last year, a new programme was developed: a master's-level course for deputy chief nurses to give them the skills and knowledge to prepare them for chief nurse roles.
