A response to "Responding to challenging interactions with families: A training module for inpatient oncology nurses".

Comments on the original article by Zaider and colleagues (see record 2016-43683-003) about the training module they developed for inpatient oncology nurses. The training module, called “Responding to Challenging Interactions with Families” (RCIF), used a collaborative, strength-based, and family centered framework. The goal was to help nurses respond to stressful family situations.
