In our multicenter organization, we prepare personnel to practice at consistent levels of excellence. Centralized orientation programs facilitate sharing best practice and collective vision. When acute needs for care delivery occur, traditional orientation is not feasible. Regardless of staffing model or training methodology, performance at the bedside must be equal.
