Mission Statement The mission of the Association of Academic Women's Health Programs (AAWHP) is to improve the health of women through leadership in research, education clinical models, and community partnerships. This mission is carried out through networking, leadership and mentoring collaborative projects, lobbying and advocacy, political and social commentary, education of policy-makers, partnership with national organizations, and creation of interdisciplinary innovative models.
