[Dental problems in Down's syndrome. Overview and specific pathology].

After describing the etiopathogenesis and the general clinical features which are present in the trisomy 21, the Authors describe the patterns of odontostomatologic pathology which often occurs in such patients. Attention has been focused on the fact that the odontostomatologist needs to be prepared for the particular therapeutical approach which is necessary for the treatment of such patients.
