[Growth media for isolation, accumulation, and identification of Listeria in laboratory diagnostics of mix-infections in women with obstetric-gynecological pathology].

Isolation of Lysteria monocytogenes from clinical specimens in obstetric-gynecological pathology is often difficult owing to the presence of the mixed microbial flora. Results of study of new Russian growth media for isolation of Listeria for microbiological diagnostics of listeriosis in pregnancy are presented. They show diagnostic efficacy of the developed media for laboratory diagnostics of mix-infections in women with obstetric-gynecological pathology.
