[Influence of serum phosphate level for effects of OCT pulse therapy in hyper-PTH HD patients].

When we treat hyper-PTH patients with OCT pulse therapy, it is easy to suppress the PTH secretion below 30 ng/mL by controlling phosphate concentration under 5 mg/dL. But in hyperphosphate (>5.0 mg/dL) cases, we can't stop or avoid the secretion of PTH by OCT pulse therapy.
