Here, we report a case of metastatic Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-related primary pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (PPLELC) in a young, nonsmoking female who responded well to treatment with two types of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs).
