Culturing 3D-expanded human placental-derived adherent stromal cells (ASCs) in the presence of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) transiently upregulated the secretion of numerous anti-proliferative, anti-angiogenic and pro-inflammatory cytokines. Results of study under 362 patients biopsy materials in Tbilisi National Cancer Center were shown that basal-like type breast carcinoma is characterizes by different reaction on Cyclin E, CK5/17 and ER/PR immunoreactivities. Basal-like tumor immunoreactivity on Cyclin E differs based they clinical stage and seen maximum correlation with III-IV stage and poor prognosis.
