INTRODUCTION: Primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the nasal cavity is particular. Pathological characteristics mainly associate a prevalent NK lymphocyte phenotype, a frequent exposure to the Epstein-Barr virus and a poor sensitivity to radiotherapy compared to other lymph node localizations.
