Adverse health effects of heavy metals are a public health concern, especially lead may cause negative health impacts to human fetal and infantile development. The lead concentrations in Pakistani pregnant women's nails, used as a biomarker, were measured to estimate the lead exposure. In this experimental data article, a novel biomaterial was provided from Malva sylvestris and characterized its properties using various instrumental techniques. The operating parameters consisted of pH and adsorbent dose on Hg(2+) adsorption from aqueous solution using M. sylvestris powder (MSP) were compared with charcoal tablet powder (CTP), a medicinal drug. The data acquired showed that M. sylvestris is a viable and very promising alternative adsorbent for Hg(2+) removal from aqueous solutions. In peripheral blood and bone marrow aspirates mears, coarse basophilic stippling of erythrocyte (and erythroblasts) point out a possibility of heavy metal poisoning. METHODS: Purpose, the young rats received for 30 days of lead acetate by gavage, the treatment with pectin of date started after one month of intoxication RESULTS: Oral administration of pectin after intoxication with lead acetate caused a lower locomotor activity as observed in the open field test which was higher in rat exposed by lead only, while for the dark and light test we had observed a decrease in the time past in dark room of exposed rat compared to the control, while the treatment with pectin extract of date enhance the time past in light room and increase the time in obscure room which represent a depression behavior...
