BACKGROUND: Nurses frequently endure elevated levels of psychosocial stress, which often correlates with an increased suicide risk. This study aimed to investigate the impact of latent psychosocial characteristic patterns on suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self-injury among nursing staff.
