In this study, we attempted to establish a culture system for in vitro spermatogenesis from spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs) of Bama Mini-pig. The dissociated testicular cells from one-month pig were co-cultured to mimic in vivo spermatogenesis. The testicular cells were seeded in Minimum Essential Media alpha (α-MEM) supplemented with KnockoutTM Serum Replacement (KSR). Three-dimensional (3D) colonies were formed after 10 days culture. Sorafenib is a multikinase inhibitor and is effective in treating hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, it remains unknown whether sorafenib induces the alteration of protein glycosylation. The present study treated HCC MHCC97L and MHCC97H cells with a 50% inhibitory concentration of sorafenib. Following this treatment, alteration of protein glycosylation was detected using a lectin microarray. Parietal cells undergo a differentiation process while they move from the isthmus toward the pits and the base region of the gastric gland.
