Breast cancer is one of the major challenges for women's health. However, the role and mechanisms of interleukins (ILs) on the progression of breast cancer are not well illustrated. Our present study revealed that the expression of IL-6 and IL-8 was significantly increased in oestrogen receptor negative (ER-) breast cancer cells. The aim of this study was to investigate the anti-allergic effects of 3-[(aminocarbonyl)amino]-5-(3-fluorophenyl)-N-(3S)-3-piperidinyl-2-thiophenecarboxamide (AZD7762) in vitro and in vivo.
