Yet Irish doctors had next-to-no training in abortion care, and barriers ranging from stigma to economic pressures in the healthcare system impacted doctors' desire to volunteer. Dehydrated alginate beads formulated with copper were synthesized and tested as a feed additive to influence the microbiota in finishing pigs and potentially use them as a preharvest intervention to reduce fecal pathogen shedding. The efficacy of the copper beads was tested in vitro and in vivo. In vitro , Salmonella was significantly ( P < 0.05) reduced when in contact with the copper beads solution for up to 6 h, with a 5.4 log CFU/mL reduction over the first hour. We report high-pressure single-crystal X-ray diffraction, optical absorption, and photoluminescence investigations of all-inorganic perovskite-related materials CsPb2 Cl5 and Cs4 PbCl6 . The crystal structure of CsPb2 Cl5 , composed of alternate layers of Cs+ cations and Pb-Cl frameworks, is stable under pressure up to at least 4.2 GPa.
