BACKGROUND AND AIMS: Patients with IBD frequently develop extraintestinal manifestations (EIM) that significantly contribute to morbidity. We assembled the largest multi-cohort dataset to-date to investigate the clinical, serological, and genetic factors associated with EIM complications in IBD.
