The tumour control probability (TCP) is the probability that a treatment regimen of radiation therapy (RT) eradicates all tumour cells in a given tissue. Five modified QuEChERS were tested for the multiresidue analysis of 31 pesticides in rice. Rice was spiked with mixturesolution of pesticides at 10 ng/g. Method selection was based on the LODs (sensitivity) and recovery tests (accuracy) of the pesticides. Analysis was done in GC-tandem MS in multiple reaction monitoring mode with a total run time of approximately 37 min. The selected method was validated after spiking rice at 20 and 100 ng/g in rice. HPLC coupled to UV diode array detection (DAD) is proposed for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in pharmaceutical products for parenteral administration. Because rubber is a possible source of PAHs for these products, samples stored in containers with rubber parts were selected for the analysis. The basis for method optimization was EPA Method 8310, which determines 16 priority PAHs in ground water and wastewater by HPLC using both UV and fluorescence detection. In the present study, a simple, mono step deep eutectic solvent (DES) extraction was developed for selective extraction of copper from sediment samples. The optimization of all experimental parameters, e.g. DES type, sample/DES ratio, contact time and temperature were performed with using BCR-280 R (lake sediment certified reference material). In this paper, a new droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) method was developed for the quantitative determination of the presence of chicken in sheep and goat meat products.
