OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness of electrosurgery fulguration as a treatment for Bartholin's gland cysts. OBJECTIVES: To determine advertising pressure in three Spanish gynecology journals, to describe the characteristics of the drugs advertised and to analyze compliance with current regulatory standards in drug advertisements. CONTEXT: Vertical transmission is responsible for 35%-40% of the new cases of hepatitis B worldwide and it is associated with an increased risk of chronic hepatitis B, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.
