OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness of alpha dihidroergocriptine in patients with fibrocystic mastopathy. PATIENTS AND METHODS: Patients with diagnosis of fibrocystic breast disease were included in a prospective longitudinal blind double, controlled with placebo study.
