STUDY OBJECTIVE: to present our case series of patients with early-stage cervical cancer undergoing simple trachelectomy. Currently, radical trachelectomy is considered the most appropriate fertility preserving procedure for the treatment of early-stage cervical cancer. However, there is increasing debate on the appropriate radicality of the surgery in order to preserve oncologic safety.
