Introduction: resistant arterial hypertension (HAR) is associated with a high risk for cardiovascular events due to oxidative stress. Research has shown the beneficial effects of dietary antioxidants on cardiovascular health. Objective: to analyze and correlate the biochemical, anthropometric profile and intake of antioxidant micronutrients of patients with HAR.
