Isolated fallopian tube anomalies are a rare group of disorders, usually observed in otherwise asymptomatic patients. If symptomatic, the patients may present with infertility or unspecified abdominal pains. Various aetiologies have been proposed to explain this phenomenon, ranging from congenital to vascular events.
