Hemorrhagic stroke is a disease with high incidence and mortality rates. In addition to the mass lesions that result from hemorrhagic stroke, substances such as the blood-derived products (BDP) (hemoglobin (Hb), heme and iron) induce a potent inflammatory response and exert direct toxic effects on neurons, astrocytes, and microglia. The introduction of a mollecular method to identify the Entoviruses based on the amplification sequecing and phylogenetic analysis of protein VPI was described. It was proved that this method reduces significantly the time required for the identification of the isolated Entoviruses and that it is very useful in the characterization of isolates which are difficult to typify by the routine immunoloigical reagents. The authors examined the activity of acid proteinases in extracts, obtained by 0,05 M KCl from thigh muscles of 12-and 18-day hen embryos and of a 3-year hen and from muscle sarcoma 12--14 days after its transplantation on thigh muscles of a hen. The activity of the fractions obtained from extracts by gel chromatography on sefadex G-200, was also determined. Some properties of the contractile protein of mitochondria in rat liver (mito-AM) and actomyosin (AM) have been comparatively studied. Mito-AM revealed the viscosity change as well as the precipitation test when ATP was added. The precipitation test rate proved to be higher in some cases than in case of AM. The characteristic feature for both enzymes was the inhibition of the enzymatic activity due to substrate abundance and the reaction product.
