Neurosarcoidosis is an uncommon but potentially serious disease of the central nervous system that can cause major sequelae. We analyzed the presence and diagnostic usefulness of specific cutaneous lesions in 58 patients with neurosarcoidosis (14 men and 2 women; mean age, 50 years [range, 20-84 years]).
