Na, K-ATPase interaction (NKAIN) is a transmembrane protein family, which can interact with Na, K-ATPase β1 subunit. NKAIN1 plays an important role in alcohol-dependent diseases such as endometrial and prostate cancers. However, the relationship between NKAIN1 and human breast cancer has not been studied.
