By doing calculations based on density functional theory (DFT), we predict that the two-dimensional anti-ferromagnetic (AFM) NiOsCl$_6$ as a Chern insulator can realize the quantum anomalous Hall (QAH) effect. We investigate the magnetocrystalline anisotropy (MAC) energies in different magnetic configurations and the N\'{e}el AFM configuration is proved to be ground state. Recently it has been shown that experimental ELDOR spectra of amorphous glasses containing free radicals with inhomogeneously broadened EPR spectra can be analyzed using a set of coupled rate equations for the electron polarizations of frequency bins composing these spectra, named the eSD (electron spectral diffusion) model. The rate matrix defining these equations has elements depending on the microwave, the spin lattice relaxation rates and on eSD rate constants responsible for polarization exchange. The mono-substituted complex [Fe2(CO)5(μ-naphthalene-2-thiolate)2(P(PhOMe-p)3)] was prepared taking after the structural principles from both [NiFe] and [FeFe]-hydrogenase enzymes. Crystal structures are reported for this complex and the all carbonyl analogue. The bridging naphthalene thiolates resemble μ-bridging cysteine amino acids. One of the naphthyl moieties forms π-π stacking interactions with the terminal bulky phosphine ligand in the crystal structure and in calculations.
